Storing:
This sake should be stored in a cool place, between 2 and 5°C. As with all sakés, it should be protected from light. For longer storage, it is best to store the bottle upright in a dark place. Lying down allows the sake to come into contact with the cork, which can be harmful.
Ingredients:
Water, rice, koji rice. (Alcohol content: 8%)
Aging potential:
Before opening and under the right conditions (as mentioned above), this sake can be stored for years. Once opened, we recommend drinking it as soon as possible to preserve its lively bubbles.
Serving temperature:
We recommend serving this sake very chilled, below 10°C. A champagne flute would be perfect. A wine glass will also work.
