HOW TO TAKE
Take up to 2 servings (2 scoops, 60 g) daily. Mix 1 scoop (30 g) in 200 ml of cold water, and consume twice daily, preferable 30 min pre-workout and immediately post-workout. On non-training days, mix 1 scoop (30 g) in 200 ml of cold water, consume first thing in the morning and between meals. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (60 g).
