Use:

Toho Shokuhin Plum Ume Roasted Sesame is used to season many dishes. Historically, it has always been perfect sprinkled over a bowl of white rice, grilled fish, fruit salads and cold tofu, but you can also let your imagination run wild and sprinkle it wherever you like (why not on pastries?).

Storage:

Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
